“New Jersey Pride Football Club” is a declaration. Pride represents the community we build and the lion’s spirit that defines our character. There is nothing stronger than New Jersey Pride.
the shield
The shield represents fight, integrity, and strength — a nod to the resilience New Jersey is known for. The upward point reflects ambition and our drive to lead with pride.
the lions
The lion is the only big cat that lives as part of a community — called a pride. New Jersey is a place of family and community.
the colors
Navy represents discipline and tradition. Gold symbolizes ambition and the future we’re building. Green pays tribute to the Garden State — our growth, our roots, and our home. Together they capture New Jersey: grounded and always striving for more.

The outline of New Jersey crowns the crest as a reminder of our roots and our reach — from the urban north to the coastal south, representing every player and supporter who carries the state’s spirit forward.
