NJ Pride FC’s pathway is not a ladder your child climbs alone. Every stage is assessed, every advancement is coach-recommended, and every decision is made in partnership with your family.

PLAYER ENTERS THE PATHWAY
Every player starts at the stage that fits their current age and ability. Whether that’s Weekly Classes at age 2 or Private Training at age 16.

COACHES OBSERVE & ASSESS
Our coaches monitor development closely. When a player shows readiness to progress technically, physically, and mentally, our coaches initiate the conversation.

CURRENT PATHWAY STAGES
Every child joins the group that matches where they are right now. As they grow, the curriculum grows with them. Building on skills season by season.
STAGE 01 — INTRODUCTION
WEEKLY SOCCER CLASSES
AGES 2–7 · SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS · $210 FULL SEASON
- Gross and fine motor skill development through soccer-based movement
- Ball familiarity, coordination, and basic dribbling
- Spatial awareness and playing alongside others
- Age-specific curriculum that grows from ages 2–3 through 6–7
STAGE 02 — ADVANCED FOUNDATION
U8 PRE-ACADEMY
UNDER 8 · PLAYERS READY TO GO FURTHER
- Technical repetition — skills that hold under pressure
- Decision-making through competitive small-sided games
- Game awareness — reading space, positioning, teammates
- Structured, coach-led sessions building toward Stage 3
STAGE 03 — PERFORMANCE
PRIVATE TRAINING
